What the site presents, and what is not an offer or a contract.
The site
This site presents the business scope, products and leadership of MKSD Group. It is operated by MKSD INVESTMENT CO. LTD (شركة إم كي إس دي للاستثمار المحدودة), a Sudanese company founded in 2022. MKSD Group is the business identity.
Product status
MKSD Pay is in controlled testing. It is not a licensed payment institution, and the site does not present it as a payment licence or as Visa or Mastercard certification. Figures shown for NILE Sudan are indicative. They depend on funding, partner checks, feasibility and operating conditions. A sector listed on the site is part of the Group’s business scope. Listing a sector is not a statement that every sector is a live operating contract.
Accuracy
The Group does not warrant that the site is free of error. Content may change. A change on the site is not, by itself, a binding offer.
Enquiries
Sending an enquiry through the form, or starting a WhatsApp chat, does not create a contract or an investment offer. The site does not announce closed deals.
Intellectual property
The site’s content and the MKSD marks belong to the Group or to its licensors. The content is not to be copied, and the marks are not to be used for a commercial purpose, without written consent from the Group.
Acceptable use
The form is for a genuine enquiry to the Group. It is not to be used for abusive, misleading or unrelated material, or for excessive automated submission.
Governing note
The company is Sudanese. This page does not name a court, and it does not publish a registration number.
