Artificial intelligence
AI solutions for businesses
A chatbot, an assistant, automation for a repeated step, and a dashboard for the indicators you agree. The scope is written down before building starts, and a person on your team keeps the final decision.
What MKSD Group provides
Arabic and English chatbot
MKSD Group develops a chatbot that answers from a source the organisation approves, in Arabic or in English. The channel, whether the website or another channel, is named in the scope before building starts. A WhatsApp integration is not a product already on offer. The WhatsApp button on this website opens a conversation with the Group. It is not the chatbot described here.
Intelligent assistant
The assistant answers from the organisation’s documents and procedures: a policy, a repeated question, or the next step in a known task. It does not replace the person who owns the decision. The organisation names the cases that go to a member of staff.
Customer-service automation
The work covers receiving a request, classifying it, giving a first reply when the answer is in the approved source, and handing the case to a person when it needs one. No count of closed tickets is stated, and no contact centre is named.
Business-process automation
This is a step that repeats inside a written process: intake, sorting, follow-up, or an alert. Accounting, inventory, and HR remain on the enterprise resource planning page. An application or a portal remains on the applications page. This page does not take either title.
Data analytics and dashboards
The dashboard shows the indicators the organisation agrees, from a data source it names. The analysis helps someone read the figures. It does not guarantee revenue, savings, or a ready-made decision. Analytics inside NEXORA, the cybersecurity product, is a different matter. That product page describes analytics as a later phase, and it does not take a final security action.
Working with systems you already have
If the work needs to read a record or write a status in a system you already use, that connection is a line in the scope. Building or implementing that system, when it is required, stays with the ERP page or the applications page. A platform or an interface is not named here unless the scope names it.
What is settled before a proposal
- Reply language: Arabic, English, or both.
- The channel where a person sees the conversation.
- The source of the answers, and who updates it.
- What stays automated, and what is handed to a member of staff.
- Which indicators appear on the dashboard, and where the figure comes from.
- Which system is connected, if a connection is required at all.
Questions
Do you build an Arabic chatbot?
Yes. Arabic and English are both in this service. The channel and the source of the answers are written down before building starts.
Does the assistant decide instead of a manager?
No. The person named by the organisation keeps the decision in the cases the scope defines.
Is this the NEXORA page?
No. NEXORA is a defensive cybersecurity platform. This page is for conversation, process automation, and management analytics.
Does this replace ERP or application development?
No. Those services keep their own pages. A connection to them, if required, is a line in this scope.
Can a customer or a finished project be named?
No. This page names no customer, no project count, and no certificate.
Is WhatsApp a ready channel?
No. Any channel other than the website is discussed in the scope. The current WhatsApp button is only a way to reach MKSD Group.
